Completion of OJT Instructor Course.....

Finished our one week of OJT instructor course, it was attended not only by local air traffic controllers (5 of us) but also international air traffic controllers from Iran, Cambodia, Brunei, Seychelles, Maldives & South Korea...... everyone shared their experiences & we had a good time during the one week course with them..... learned quite alot on effective communication, the importance of listening etc, how & what to expect from trainees when they embark on their OJT....... truly enjoyed ourselves during the duration of the course with all the group activities & games we have......

controlling aircraft starts again tml for 2 days before my day off after which will be working on labour day for one cycle.... for those who are not working in shifts, enjoy the long weekend ahead.... =)

Weekend @ Changi Village......

Checked in to Changi Village Hotel on friday for our 3D 2 N stay....... decided on this hotel as we want to get away from the hustle & bustle city to enjoy the tranquility of nature...... spend our weekend swimming, reading, sleeping & waking up late =p.......

Rach's Birthday Celebration @ 2AM

Today marks my baby's birthday, had a simple celebration after my nite duty at midnite, sent to 2am dessert bar @ holland village & as the name implies, the operating hours is till two hours past midnite..... we were greeted by its friendly staff & owner who was once a contestant in the popular CH 8 variety show, Star Chef...... anyway the whole place makes one feels comfortable with the warm smoothing lights & complimented by the cosy sofa beds by the side where one can literally sleep there & enjoy the dessert.....

ordered one of their many varieties cakes creation (we had the Cheesecake Espuma).... the chef actually explained to us about the cake when it was served..... me & rach were not expecting the form of the cake that it should have been, hahaha guess its the 1st time that we had these type of gourmet dessert..... ordered their chicken chunks that came with their honey mayo dip which the both of us loved it so much that we finished everything in no time despite the generous serving.......

enjoyed each other company till the wee hours before gng home & as i am writing this blog now, my baby is already falling asleep...... we are currently @ Changi Village Hotel for our weekend escape...... got ourselves a good deal for a 3D 2N stay....... photos in the next post..... =)
