Zllen's Birthday Celebration......

Today we had a small family gathering to celebrate prince zllen's birthday, had our dinner @ Pioneer Spring Restaurant in Jurong Point....

JB Trip.....

Decided to drive in JB this afternoon with rach to spend our anniversary, has been always against the idea of driving in, but all these changed after today, it was so much more convenient & fun having our own transport instead of being at the mercy of those taxi drivers.... our 1st stop was @ City Square where we had our lunch @ Sushi King followed by the movie, UP..... a heart-warming show which we both loved =)

with inspirations from the movie we just watched, we decided to be more adventurous to venture further than our planned itinerary, we managed to find the newly opened Thistle Hotel which i rem reading it from somewhere...... shortlisted it as one of our hotel staycations for this coming sep..... stop by Danga City Mall for dinner before heading back... will be having more JB trips from now, our next destination will be to the Mega Tebrau City =)

Updates......

Was recalled on my standby on tuesday, the extra income will pay for my staycations coming up =)...... anyway finished one cycle of duty on fri, initial plan was to go JB with rach on fri morning but changed our mind & went for karaoke @ the newly opened K Box @ Jurong Safra instead...... the outlet had a fully computerised touch screen menu which made selection of songs fuss free, the only downside was the songs were not very updated.

this afternoon was spend walking around suntec & marina square, queue for 15 plus mins for a seat @ Aston's for our lunch but it was well worth the wait...... after which we proceeded to West Coast Plaza in the evening for our Provence's wassant craving..... din bought anything much except for a pair of Nike's Air Force One at a steal =), will be on one cycle of duty before my off day on tues & wed, looking forward to the next weekend.....

latest updates on Pinnacle @ Duxton..... crossing our fingers that it will be ready by 4th quarter 2009 or early 1st quarter 2010 =)

Makan Time.......

Met up with my family for lunch on national day, this time round was @ Asia Grand located at Odeon Towers as suggested by 1st bro...... the food was really good & compliments on the service provided by their friendly staff.....
