Sunday......
Working morning and night duty yesterday, after our 1pm duty, went over to Benny's & Zoelle's son, Marcel's birthday party at Pasir Ris....cute little boy with big round eyes......stay for around an hour before making my way back home.......slpt for a short while and it was time for work again at 8pm......yesterday aircraft traffic was not too bad.... everything went smoothly, counting down to the days when T3 become operational, which means amount and complexity of traffic will also builds up.......if only our salary also goes up with the traffic....... =I
Saturday........
Went for Cliff's and Isabelle's (both air traffic controllers) wedding dinner at Marriot Hotel after our work, changed 1/2 hr earlier with the taking over watch, ATC's weddings are always full of laughter and fun as there are so many tables of us..... reached home around 12 plus before knocked out at 1am.....slpt only around 5 hrs before waking up again for work......
Friday......
2nd off day, met up my poly kakis during the night......the last time i saw them was also dec for christmas celebration, met up at Central to have dinner at Sun with Moon Jap Restaurant, like their fresh sashimi and ramen, quality of service is also good.......after tat was KTV at Party World Shenton Way, book a room for 10 and they gave us a room meant for 30-40...... hahaha anyway no extra charges as they ran out of rooms, sang to our heart's content till 2am plus......it was always nice to meet up with them to update each other and show concern..... =)
Thursday.......
1st day off, met up with rach to go Sitex 2007 at Expo, reached there around 2pm and the carpark was so full that got to park at Max Pavilion and walked over......Bought a pink Sony Vaio laptop for rach and a Maxtor's external storage to keep all my photos and documents as my harddisk is runnning out of space......wanted to get a PDA phone but none is to my liking, so maybe will be waiting for the i-phone to be launched next year......went over to the John Little's Mega Sale juz next door, bought a number of stuffs and tidbits.....decided on Sunset Way for dinner as been told that there are a num of nice eateries and restaurants over there.......ate at a Jap steamboat restaurant which also allows u to grill meat if u sit outdoors or u prefer ur shirt to avoid the grilling smell, u can sit indoors and they will do it for u......the variety was not much but it was fresh and good......definitely will be gng back to try out the other makan places.......
