Malacca Trip

went on our long awaited malacca trip with my family last weekend, set off on a sunny sat morning & enjoyed the scenery while on our way up north, took us a little longer than 2 hours to reach malacca, one of the UNESCO world heritage site..... the trip is all about makan & shopping, some of the photos took as below =) .......

The real test starts now......

today marks the end of our approach course....... 8 months of intensive training which had its fair share of stress, fun & laughter..... it was with regret that 2 of my course mates will be leaving the service for greener pastures, i hereby wish them all the best =)

we will be on one week vacation leave before going back on shift again for our OJT training, another phase before getting our approach license, hopefully we will be able to put what we have learn to good use on live traffic.......

looking forward to our drive-up trip to malacca over the weekend with my family before the next drive-up trip to KL with my course mates =)

Beginning of 2011.......

been really busy with the past few weekend since christmas, thus it was only until now that i am able to post my 1st entry for the new year....... shall consolidate the few posts together..... starting with last weekend, we attended my niece Elanor's 1st year birthday party @ Mount Faber Safra, it was held at a nice cozy corner by the pool.....

after the party, weiling, bernice & hubby went over to our place as bernice had not been to our place since we moved in, she will be adding another member to our big family of the 4th generation this coming feb =), after their visit, we met up with eve & warren for a super long night of Monopoly Deal ( be warned : super addictive) till the wee hours......

went over to Batam during the New Year long weekend with my fellow approach course mates...... it was a crazy & fun 3d/2n trip, with activities ranging from paintball, jet ski, canoeing, sauna, massages, beach soccer, mahjong & not to forget the cheap seafood & booze (& the drunken state of us =p).....

met up with the gang during christmas eve for dinner, movie & gift exchanges........ was supposed to rest @ home the next day before derric jio us for steamboat at shaun's place....... another super long night as we play Super Mario on Wii till 3am........

the weekends to follow will be just as busy starting with our chinatown shopping this evening with the gang, follow by our 2d/1n trip to JB with eve & warren before spring cleaning to welcome the year of RABBIT =)
